Adjustments are always welcome. This can include communication style, pacing, structure, sensory needs, or how sessions are held online. You are welcome to share what feels supportive for you, either before or during our work together.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and we can adapt things over time. You don’t need to explain or justify your needs — we can explore what works best, together.
